We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such third-party services.
8. No Professional Advice
Yearbird is a calendar visualization tool only. Nothing in the Software constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, legal, medical, or scheduling advice. Any decisions you make based on information displayed in Yearbird are solely your responsibility.
9. Assumption of Risk
Your use of Yearbird is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for:
- Evaluating the accuracy and usefulness of any information provided by the Software
- Any decisions or actions you take based on your use of the Software
- Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
- Any consequences arising from your use of the Software
10. Age Requirements
